Upload/Download Files


Files of any format can now be stored on your TapeTrack Server. Documentation relating to DR procedures can be uploaded and in effect stored offsite, then if required downloaded via TapeTrack Lite to any location they are required.


  • Click to highlight Upload/Download Filles, then click Next.
  • Enter a log file location, then click Next.
  • Enter your user-id and password, then click Ok.


If you have access to more than one customer, select the customer you wish to upload or download files for, then click Next. Users that only have access to a single customer won't see this window, you will proceed directly to selecting files.


Any file type that you would like to store on your TapeTrack Server can be easily uploaded by simply dragging and dropping the file directly into the File Control window.


Files can be downloaded to the PC you are working on by simply right clicking the choosen file and selecting Download. A Browse for Folder window will open so the file can be saved to your selected location.
