TapeTrack Lite Manage Authorization Lists

This option allows administrators/managers within an organization to change, add or remove the authority of other users within the TapeTrack Framework Server.
- Run TapeTrack Lite
- Click to highlight Manage Authorization Lists, then click Next.
- Enter a log file location, then click Next.
- Enter your user-id and password, then click Ok.
After successfully logging into the TapeTrack server, displayed will be all users that are at the same role id and below as the person that logged in. TapeTrack uses the term "Role" as a way of providing a level of visibility between users. The Roles are defined at a server level and can't be modified in TapeTrack Lite. An administrator within TapeTrack would be given a Role of 0, thus allowing them to see users at their own level and below. Only Role Id's of 0, 1, and 2 are allowed to add, remove or modify another user and no user is allowed to add, remove or modify a user at their level or above.
