TMSS10LogStatsExtract is used to extract statistical information from the TapeTrack Journal Files.

The program directly reads both the index and data files and generates a single file for each of the Customers identified in the Customer Filter argument.

o The directory where the Statistics Files will be written
p Seconds between progress points written to the program messages
